Is there a way to free the caged slaves in the drow city?
I tried buying them but the slave owner won't let me have
any even when I claimed I represented House Despana. I tried
pick pocketing and killing the drow slaver for the key but
he doesn't have one to open the cages.

Thanks - I tried it just before swapping the eggs and it worked.
BTW early on while wandering around I came across a female Elf
mage running away from a Drow hunting party. I lied to the
party leader about which way she ran. Does this have any impact
at all on the story?
