Planescape Torment: Help Required

Fellow Planewalkers,

A few questions.

How do I get to Ravel? I have explored the foundry except the west
room which requires a key. Where do I get the key? Do I need to go
into the west room to get to Ravel?

I am supposed to be able to claim something from the clerk in the
foundry. I have checked TNO's room in the Civic Festhall, checked with
the advocate, even checked with Pharod, but NO receipt (I could do all
this because I kept all my saved games). So, where is the receipt?

Last question. Where do I get the blue-green vial so that I can give a
vial of flesh and blood to build the dreambuilder?

You must already have the receipt if you have explored the foundry. You
would have gotten it from the advocate. Cash the receipt in with the clerk
for a portal. Next you need the key. The key is part of the "piece of
Raval" quest. You get the key by talking to the girls at the brothel.
You'll have to start by getting Darlora's keys back, the Ecco's voice. Then
start asking Ecco about Raval's daughter, and follow the suggestions from
there.

Go to the clerk in the foundry and tell him you're there to pick up
something, then just follow the dialog. You'll need to go back to the
brothel and do Dolora's and Ecco's quest to find out about Ravel and get the
key to the portal you will have picked up from the clerk at the foundry.

Go to the Apothecary in the Clerk's Ward.

I already have the key before posting the message for help. Just the
receipt is missing. You know what? I talked to the Advocate for the
fifth time and presto, I get the receipt plus an eye and an artifact
stone. Must be some bug cause I did not do anything new before talking
to him.

And then when Ravel tried to look prettier and the system froze.
Another bug I guess. But bugs are not going to stop me from continuing
the game. It is the best RPG I have played in a long long time.
(Fallout was OK but never drawn me in).
