So, here it is again:

The clues use the location numbers in the Clue Book. I couldn't think of
a better way to specify locations.
Anyhow, here they are......
Quest 1: Place a dagger into the alove to the north of location 21.
Remove the dagger. It will become a
magical +4 dagger "Guinsoo".
Quest 2: Insert a dagger into each of the niches at locations 8, 27, 28
and 38. Once a dagger has been
placed into all four niches, a standard ration will appear next to each
of the niches.
Quest 3: Remove the gems you placed into the eyes at locations 54, 56, 62
and 63. A potion of Giant
Strength will appear in the alcove at location 64 and a potion of Extra
Healing will appear in the alcove at
location 65.
Quest 4: Pull the chain at location 36 after picking up the the key at
location 38 and seeing the dwarf at
location 39 (you do not have to let him join). You must go back around
via location 29 and not re-enter
location 38 before pulling the chain.
Quest 5: Place five rations into the pantry at location 31. They will be
changed into iron rations, so try to
use standard rations.
Quest 6: Pick up all ten of the kenku eggs at locations 7, 9, 16, 17 and
18 and place them in the nest at
location 53. The five squares to the west, south-west, south, south-east
and east disappear. There is a +5
chieftan halberd in the south-east corner.
Quest 7: Place a stone item into each of the three alcoves at locations
62, 64 and 66. Three scrolls
containing the following hints will appear in the alcoves:
* The orb leads to great evil.
* Around the neck, made of gold, the sign of dwarves, you've been told.
* The light of the stars sparkles in the gem. Follow one to see the other.
Quest 8: Insert a normal dart into each of the twelve flame gauntlets in
room 60. Then activate the trap
by standing on the pressure plate on the north-west corner. The darts,
which are now +5 adamantite
darts, will fire at the party.
Quest 9: Throw something to the east at location 8, through the writing.
The wall will disappear when the
object hits a switch at the back. Inside are three Orbs of Power.
Quest 10: Place a kenku egg into each of the niches at locations 11, 12
and 13. More than one egg may
be required in each niche.

Quest 11: Location 39-40 has 8 levers. They must be in the following
arrangement V ^ V V V V ^ V
where V is down and ^ is up. A scroll must be in the
cubby hole at 40. By chance, I had tried the opposite arrangement first,
but did not get the special quest message until I tried this arrangement.

Quest 12: Use the Wand of Silvias to force Xanathar into the spike trap at
location 49. The Wand of
Silvias is obtained from the dwarves on level 5, after Prince Keighar
(level 10, location 15) has been
rescued, and the Dwarven Healing Potion (level 11, location 40) have been
found and returned to the
dwarves.

of "Congratulations on solving all 12 beholder bonuses" the list of
your party member names and a four character password that is different for
