There will be a far better story, more NPC interaction, the guilds in the
city will
be active for you to join and visit. There are 43 monsters in DAGGERFALL
and I don't think they will be walking around every city at night without
a very good plot reason for that to happen!

There is no telling what you will meet if you take a stroll across the
countryside.

I think the ARENA riddles have been cut. Lots of people found them ultra
troublesome anyway. Just look at the content of most of the ARENA posts to
this newsgroup for instance!

As for more general puzzles I'm not sure. Bear in mind though, the dungeon in
the demo is going to have some pretty amazing architecture. That in itself
may constitute a puzzle.

I realy want this to be even half the game it's being hyped to be.
From what I've read so far in the mags and press releases, it had
better be (damn good), so .... lets see the product or some playable
demo.

*(damn good doesn't mean 6 patches down the road either )

There already is a playable demo available - has been for awhile now. It
is about ten meg zipped and resides on ftp://ftp.midnight.com.au if you
can't find a side close to you.
