Arx Fatalis-killing a Lich

What are some weakness' of the Lich, I seem to be having a tough time
killing one. I need to kill it to get out of Level 6 of the crypt

Like most undead, they burn pretty good. Three swift fireballs up the
rear end, and it's toast, usually. If that fails, drink a mana potion,
and repeat.

This time its very easy :). Don't fight with him, use your brain :)
Simply use one of the two small corridors with lava beneath. When Lich
attack, run to the one of the corridors, Lich will follow you, then open the
mechanism which covers the lava with metal plates, Lich will fall in the
lava :))).
I made it in this way :). Anyone try this? I know its unfair :)))
Bad news is there is no exp. points for killing Lich in this way...
and by the way anyone remember how much exp. points was for this Lich?
I'm curious.

It seems to be really random. I have killed them with 3 fire ball
hits.

I hit them with 3 then do invisible and run out of the room and make 3
more.

This works. Did it myself accidently. But the guy fell through a closed lava
pit!!

Can you enchant a sword with a golem heart? Keeping the bastards
paralyzed certainly helps.
