MM6 Full Screen?

I fired up the ol' puter last night only to discover that I could
only play MM6 in a window. Up to this time, I had been able to play
full screen but I no longer have that option. I'm using the patch so
I figured I'd reinstall the patch to see if that fixes things. I
haven't done this yet. I also haven't changed anything between when
I exited the game normally and fired it back up again the next day.
Anyone see this before or know how to fix? I've tried right clicking
on the icon, selecting properties, and the only 3 options I have with
regards to resolution is normal window, minimized, and maximized.
Maximized doesn't work (I get a static screen with no hot spots and
thus cannot load my saved game), normal window works but who wants to
play in a screen 1/2 the size of the desktop. I suppose I could
change from 1024x768 to 640x480 and run in a normal window, but I'd
like to figure out the problem. Any ideas?

This happens to me from time to time, for no reason I can determine.
To get back to full-screen mode, you use a keyboard command that is
prominently described in the written documentation that came with the
game. It's a toggle, so you use the same key sequence to switch from
full-screen to window and from window to full-screen.
