Locked Door in Freehaven Sewers

There's a locked door in the north section of the Freehaven sewers that
won't open. I've looked everywhere in the sewer (including grates, etc) but
can't find a key. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Enter from the Exp Disarm building, and search from there. The building is
in the ne section.

Look for a long line of drain vents on the wall ( I think there are a
couple of places like this). The key should be in the right hand
drain or in the water near it. Look carefully I didn't find it immediatly.

One reason is that it's random whether or not you find it. Try no more
than 12 times, if you don't get it within 12 times, send email to
customer...@3do.com asking them to get you in touch with the really
stupid (or at least, criminally insane) designer at NWC who thought it would
be funny to put a puzzle in the game for which there may or may not be
any solution.
