mm6: Where the %@!%$#%! is obelisk #9?

Ack. I'm basically done, just wanted to do the obelisk thing. From
the 13 I had I figured out the message, went to the spot, nada. Read
somewhere on the group that you needed to get all 15 before the
treasure showed up. OK, I hopped to Hermit's Isle and got the
penultimate one, but now I'm totally stuck. I've looked everywhere
(except the right place, obviously). I've Town Portaled everywhere,
areas I can think of.
Has anyone been organized enough to note this level of detail? Can
anyone list the 15 areas? Looking at the map I only came up with
13..., so I'm obviously confused.. Help!

The map can be divided up into 15 sections, 5 across and 3 up and down.
Starting with number 1 at Sweet Water and numbering down (Paradise
Valley=2, Hermit Isle=3, Kriegspire=4,...) #9 is in Mire of the Damned.
Check the mountains east of town, it blends with the background. Good luck.
