HELP: Pool of Radiance (late in game)

[THE CARPET CRAWLERS]

I have 3 questions in Pool of Radiance:

1) Where is the Lizardman tribe?

2) Where is the Nomad tribe?

3) I have recovered the Efreeti bottle from the Kobold caves, but I have
already beaten the Vampire in Valhingen Graveyard. When I returned
to the dragon, he simply said "Use the bottle against the Vampire in
Valhingen Graveyard". When I return to the cave, the cave is empty.
He said before that he would give me another quest if I returned
the bottle to him. Is there any way to get him back?

Any help appreciated...

Actually, both are northeast of Phlan. The nomad camp is just to
the north of the big forest that's between the Stojanow River (the one with
the pyramid at one end and Phlan at its mouth) and the river that that leads
to the kobold camp. The lizard tribe is to the NE of the kobold cave.

Both of this are north, northwest of Phlan, the nomad camp resembles a

As far as I know, the silver dragon is just there for color, and also to
trip up people who read bogus journal entries (and a couple true ones)
into attacking it and getting killed.

People have told me that they were able to use the efreet to kill the
vampire, but never once was I able to get that sucker to aid me (not that
i needed it, the vampire never lived past the first round). Best thing I
can do is recommend you sell it, but by the time you have it, gold is
usually a supurfluous commodity...still, the 25k gold you get can go to
getting a new fine composite longbow (if you don't have 4 already, you
should).

Actually, Stojanov River doesn't end at the pyramid, but in the Dragonspine
Mountains. And it does not *end* there, but there is its spring:)
