MM8- How to get from Ravenshore back to Dagger Wound?

I am not used to playing RPG's and I am having a somewhat confusing
time in MM8. I left Dagger Wound and traveled all over the place, now
I want to go back and sort of start over with some things. I cannot
find my way back to the start. I made it to Ravenshore, and have been
playing for a full day (real time) and completed one quest. Thanks for
any help,

Have you gone to the boat dock to check if the ship is going to Dagger Wound
Islands that day? If it's not, then just come back another day. The boat sails
to there very frequently, so you should be able to get a boat to Dagger Wound in
at most 3 tries.

Hi,
To get to Dagger Wound Island, take the boat (Dauntless) on Tuesday or
Thursday.
