Revenant level 4 spell scroll location?

Anyone know where this is located? I finally made it through the caverns
and received the Level 5 scroll but somehow missed the level 4 scroll.
PLEASE tell me it isn't in the caves...
Also, I found all of the pieces of the Celtic armor except for the leg
armor...anyone remember where that was?

cool, you made is through the caves, i can sure use the help. i am
stuck in this huge network of mazed cave with blue floors and i don't
know how to leave. as for 4th level scrolls yes i gotten them within
the caves. i am not totally sure if this is where i got it but when
i unlock this magical looking flower thingy inside the caves. the
thing is locked so you have to find this unknown potion bottle which
is the key to unlocking the thing. once you unlock and open it it will
send out a colorful pollen which will create mushrooms and you can
climb to the top like a stairs and it will lead you to passage outside
(too bad it's not the one i am looking for) and there is a chest that
contains the scrolls and the the celtic armor leg you're looking for.
if not i am sure i found the 4th level scroll fighting dragons in this
place i told you i am stuck in.
but anyway if you have the talismans here is the combination for 4th
charm: stars, sun
fire wind: sun, soul, stars
heal: life, soul, sun
electric bolt: sun, sky
teleport: ocean, sky, stars
