I found a ankh in Silver Helm.. in Silver Cove.. I got it from a
warlock.. but I dont have any quests for this.. it was an easy quest for
my characters.. level 48.. and I have been every where I am able to
go.. please help and tell me where this quest is generated from..

Take it to Loretta Fleise in Castle Fleise (Silver Cove), she will then
direct you to Lord Stone. When you talk to Lord Stone he will give you
5000 gold as well as how he thinks of Loretta ;-)
