Each time you reach the chest, it teleports to another location. It does this
three times, then stays put. You have to survive to reach it. I did so by
using healing potions/spells (it has been a while since I played and do not
remember the exact items/spells I used) to stay alive long enough to do it.
The chest moves in the same pattern each time. With practice, you should be
able to get to it.
