MM7: Niles Stanley wont let me in Mercenary Guild

I think I must have screwed up along the way. This guy named MIles Stanley
won't let me in the mercenaries guild in Tatalia to do my quests there. He
says "Your lack of punctuality has cost yourselves and your town grievously.
I think you may find your bank account somewhat---pinched. Consider this an
important lesson learned. Good day. " Who is Niles Stanley and what did I do
to run into him? Also I found that all my money was taken out of the banks.

I forgot to clear out my castle cellar. Once I cleared out the town and

Luckily for me he was killed by the dragon flies, so I got the wand for
free.

Off course I did it on purpose. I don't think I would have a chance of
completing his mission on that short time.

I'm so glad I found this. I'm still playing to this day & was stuck at the mercenary guild being told that my bank account was being pinched. You just have to clear out all the goblins and guards.
