I need help on these two problems:
1. How do you operate the sliding door in the Sewer ?

2. How do you get to the chest guarded by the sleeping 2-headed Ettin
? Do you need to kill him, if so, how the hack do I kill him ?

The door is controlled by a cylinder switch upstairs. You do need the
replacement cylinders, though. They are in the sewers, just lying there
ready for you to hit your foot on them.

You must find the 2 cylinders elsewhere in the Sewers then return back
to the area where the cylinders can be used. Keep slogging around in
the Sewers, a character will tell you when you step on a cylinder.

You don't kill the Ettin. Use the Silence spell on your party, then
sneak around the Effins to the chest and open it. Do NOT step in
the square where the Effin is.

Sliding door: you must find the cylinders in sewer...walk around and you
will stub your toe on them...only takes one to move door but takes both to
drain the sewers..Insert cylinders into the sewer drain controls on the
previous floor...near Thera's Fountain

Ettin:two choices...throw rocks at casks from room before and then sneak
to the chest and raid it...do not step into the square the ettin is in
or you can cast the silence rune on your party and can smash the casks
by hand...just ignore the ettin..you can't kill him
