Just noticed on my Daggerfall CD it has a "Featuring a CompUSA
exclusive" graphic on it. Close to it then says Free! Additional
artifacts & quests. Do people who bought it at other stores have this
printed on the CD also. Just curious.

No, only the compusa customers have those special features :-(

Think how I as a LE-customer feel : pissed off for spending 150 US$
(shipping) on an incomplete game. The only thing that calmes me down
is that bethesda has promised a patch after the compusa promotion is over.
