Lots of people are bound to get stuck here, I know I did for a while:

First, some gentle hints on how to get the system authorization code:

If you've been to level 7 and found the log entry by a guy named
richie (found in the room adjacent to the computer nodes, in a room
labled 'system admininstration' or something to that effect). He says
if somehow you could knock out the computers on level 1 through 6 you
could find the code. Some other log entry mentions that the computers
on each level seem to be running a random number generator to scramble
the access code.

If that doesnt help, the following is a more blunt hint:

On each level (1 through 6) in the room where the computer node(s)
were there is a black screen with a red digit on it. Combine these
digits and you have a 6 digit access code.

I won't give it (mostly cause I'm at school and I don't remember it).

good luck

Guess what...the reactor code is different every time you start a new
game. Good replayability.

Good replayability would also have other different puzzles and different
locations for the bad guys, but that's wishing too much!
