SPOILERS HO!
In the underwater map, near the eastern edge, is a sunken ship. Hidden
under the rudder of the ship is a chest, containing a temple in a
bottle. Using the bottle transports you to the NWC dungeon.

In the shoals (underwater area), there's a shipwreck to the southwest.
Within the shipwreck you'll find a "temple in a bottle". Use it to go
to the NWC dungeon.

It's in the temple in a bottle that you find on the Lincon. Use the
item and you warp in. I used town portal to get out. I don't know it
there is a real exit or not.
