New additions to the PlayersDB

Over 6 new aircraft, ships, submarines, facilities, classes, countries, and
weapons have been added to the Harpoon3 PlayersDB with the official
Database editor issued by AGSI.

The PlayersDB-ANW is available on HarPlonkHQ, HarpDB, or SubSim.
The PlayersDB is available on HarPlonkHQ, HarpDB, or SubSim.
