A Beta version of the ANW Patch 3.9.0 is now available for those willing to
test out experimental software.

After 9 months of totally non-functional scenarios, the Patch for Harpoon
ANW 3.9.0 has finally been officially released.

Now, let's see if they actually fixed anything or just added 2 new bugs
for every fix like they did for the 3.8.0 "Un-Patch" patch.

This is simply unbelievable, but true. :cry: Every single database
currently in existence is unable to have bombs drop from planes.

Luckily, the PlayersDB group has already found and implemented a
work-around solution for this boondoggle so that players can continue to
enjoy Harpoon uninterrupted.
