PCGames question

i've heard lately that pcgames is no longer publishing magazines. i was a
subscriber and from what i've heard i should automatically be written on the
PCGamer list. when will i get my pcgamer magazine????? shouldn't i have
gotten the issue with the srticle on changing from games to gamer???
help appreciated

No, I think you'll be getting PCXelerator instead. I received no
May issue of either magazine, and now my substitute subscription to
PCXelerator runs out a month earlier (Jan 2000) than it was supposed to.
Pretty lame mag anyway. And I'm not sure I want to deal with the
Imagine Media publishing group since they manage to screw up my renewal
subscription to PC Gamer almost every year.

I've also noticed that the magazine Computer Games and Strategy Plus sent
me a recent offer to resubscribe for $14 with the CD or $14 for 2 years
without the CD... wonder if they will be the next to go.

On my latest PC Gamer mag cover, it said "Now incorporating PC Games".
But, maybe it did switch to PC Accelerator (not as good a mag in my
opinion) as the other post suggests. That's what was on mine, though.
