Any New Bomber Sims On The Horizon?

I've been playing flight sims since the F-15 Strike Eagle
days. I like the fighter jets but what I really loved was bomber
simulations. It's a shame that what we mostly get these days is
the WW2 simulation and the fighter simulation. I remember
playing games like Birds of Prey and Megafortress on my Amiga.
You could fly bombers in Birds of Prey as well as fighters. It
was loads of fun to launch a load of missiles and sink an
aircraft carrier. Megafortress was probably the best of the
bomber sims because you had control over all the stations. I
just wonder are there any modern bomber simulations out there on
the horizon. I can imagine that a game like Megafortress would
be great with todays technology.

About all I know of is the upcoming Storm of War: Battle of Britain, due
sometime next year. There is also its older brother
IL2 1946 which has many WW2 bombers inc B-25, H-111, JU 88 among others,
plus you can download the AAA mod which lets you fly the B17 and B29

Thanks. I probably play the new game even if it is based
on WWII aircraft.

Thanks I'll play that sim. I've had CFS3 for years and
I've only played it a couple of times in free flight. Never even
played one mission.
