If you are trying to run Apache Havoc on a Windows 95 system then you will
need to install a small Microsoft program called DCOM.EXE. Windows 98 users
do not need to do this. If you do not have DCOM.EXE installed then you will
get the error message "Error Starting Program: The APHAVOC.EXE file is
linked to missing export OLE32.DLL:ColInitializeEx" when trying to launch
Apache Havoc.

DCOM.EXE is available from the following site:-

http://www.microsoft.com/com/dcom/dcom1_2/download.asp
