Full Throttle: How to get Ben to USE the ramp

I have the ramp. Been through all the fights on the Mine Rd.
Got the goggles and now the ramp is at the the bridge.
How do you get him to use the booster and JUMP!!

You need fuel for the booster, and a hoverlift.. try looking at the poster near
the end of the gorge..

If you've tried to jump (by positioning your mouse over the gorge and
clicking) you'll notice that you need to get a piece from one of the
hover cars. There's one waiting for you at the mink ranch.

You need to have read the sign on the right next to the bridge.
This tells you that you also need a hover unit. To get this, go
to the crashed truck, use the tire iron to remove its wheels
so it falls over, then drive back to the mink farm.
The thugs chase you, crash into the truck, and you can then
go and remove the hover unit.
