I am verry stuck in the cave where the book of spells can be found...
I cant get past the wooden door at the end... I have recived the book
of spells and the spell open door but i cant get it to work...
I put the spell in the book...but dont know what runes to use...
Where is the old home stead castle that has the red gems...
how do I get there... Man this game needs more info to be able to play
it... does anyone have a walk through for it... Thanks Sifu

To use the spells, go to the inventory screen, place the spell in
the spellbook, drag the spellbook to the characters eyes and click. You
will then be able to see what order the runes are supposed to used are.
Place the book in your left hand, get out of the inventory screen.
Click on the runes on the lower left-hand corner in order, then right click
anywhere on the screen.
I am currently at the main castle (I think). I have a giant dragon
guarding a giant red stone. I am now stuck...but will keep working on
it in between my games of Betrayal At Krondor.

I had this same problem and so I can sympathize. . . OK to determine the
what the runes for the spells are, simply place the spell book on
Werner's head and you will then be able to scroll through the spells
(when you get more) by pressing on the red seal at the bottom of the scroll.
