In the middle of a conversation with a friend, memories of a game I
used to play about 10 years ago came back to me...
I remember:
-It was an adventure game (most probably a point-and-click)
-It featured the knights of the round table as a parody (and I think
the character was one of the knights)
-It had dragons..
I'm sorry I don't remember more, but it's a really distant memory.
Does it ring a bell to anybody?
Thanks a lot-
Mat
Yes, there's gals here. And I'm one of them :)
The only thing I can think of is "Spirit of Excalibur". I think that was
the name. It was a PC game
made around 1991/92. It was on small floppies. I bought it used from
someone. It was not a very common game as I recall. It was music and
text but quite good for the times. It was about King Arthur and his
knights of the Round Table going out to fight evil and there was some
dragon type beasts they had to fight along the way. Sir Lancelot was
involved as well. You played the game a lot on a big map of England which
was also used to ask you a question to be able to get into the game.
There was also a sequel called "Vengeance of Excalibur" which I played,
which was OK too, but the first game was better. Does that sound
anything like the game you are asking about?

Eric the unready was a parody of the knights of the round table but it

But the game I was looking for is none of the games you mentioned. It
was a little more recent than that(I'm thinking 1994-1997), and it
looked cartoonish, kind of like Sam&Max or DOTTentacle.
I'm starting to give up :)
