Beneath a Steel Sky - Help me please

I have just gotten hold of the good old "Beneath a Steel Sky", but now I'm
stuck.
After having an ID-card upgrade by Anita, I try to gain acces to the LINC
security folder, but it keeps asking me stupid questions about the area code
of some building (a new one every time). What should I do?? Help me, please.

It's been a while since I played that one...

Can't seem to remember the area code question, but diggin' through some old
data I found this:

Talk to ANITA. When she asks for your LINC CARD, give it to her. Then talk
to her until there's nothing more to talk about. She should tell you about
D-LINCS, SCHRIEBMANN PORTS, etc. You should also get the JAMMER program
which bypasses RETINA SCANS on LINC TERMINALS.

Sorry, no help. I have talked to ANITA, she has told me about the
SCHRIEBMANN PORTS and all that. The problem is right after the RETINA SCAN.
It is probably some kind of code to prevent illegal use of the game, but I
find it rather annoying.

The message I get is this (right after the retina scan)

"SECURITY CHECK

Enter block and area code for
Keating Memorial Pipe Factory"

I am now able to type a 6-digit number, and then it replies

"RETINA SCAN FAILED - ACCESS DENIED"

Please please please help me.

From what I remember, sounds like u missed something...
U should be able to bypass the retina-scan, you should also get the JAMMER
program to bypass the retina scan on all linc terms.

I might just start to play this one again;-))

It's been a wile for me, but isn't that the game's copy protection scheme?
The solution should be in your manual (a very small booklet that should have
come with the game).
