I liked Monkey Isle 1 and 2, The Dig, Beneath a steel sky,
Indy, Simon 1 and 2.
Are there any other adventures around, which do not require arcade
skill or fighting.
I have done the space quests, Kings Quests,
Shadow of the comet, GK1, Killing moon,
Loom (there's an admission)

There come to my mind (but there sure are more):
Touche; Master Lu; Day of the Tentacle; Sam & Max; Amazon (1992);...

Hi

You could try such games as Master Lu, Discworld, Flight of the Amazon
Queen, Woodruff and the Schnibble. There are tons more. Check out
Quandary at the address below as we review only adventure games and
rpgs and always note whether or not there are arcade sequences in the
games.

Oh! I've been looking for this game since i played MI the first time!
Do you know where i could find it on the web or, if it's not so long (i'm
talking of 600-700kb), could someone e-mail it to me?

Hi Aksu,
I'm interested in adventure games, too. But I don't know GK1. What is
the full name of the game.
Thanks

Heads up--I heard that on July 30th, Normality is being released by
Interplay for PCs. I've seen the stuff on their site and it looks great.
3D, 1st person graphics, like DOOM, but an adventure game! I checked out
the Interplay site at http://www.interplay.com and they've got sounds and
a slide show and even movies from the game. Good stuff.

Sam and Max hit the road is one of the best adventure games
around. Don't let the graphics fool you. The game is really funny.

I have seen a dang good adventure game but noone seems to know when it is
coming out. The game is called The Neverhood. It's supposedly done
entirely in clay animation (I've seen the animation and it's the best I've
ever seen). I think Microsoft is putting it out so it should all of the
major chains.

Obsidian from Rocket Science Gmes is supposed to introduce the next
generation of adventure gaming. They are being pretty secretive, but soem
details are on their web site. They also have a cool free puzzle contest
revolving around the game at
