Cyberia - Password Help

I have a big problem.... with the CD-ROM game Cyberia:
I have reached the Cyberia complex and got to a room where you can enter
some kind of password. I have read (heard) the v-mails and I think that the
second mail contains this password. The problem is that I can't
understand this mail completely - I tried hard but at the point where she's
telling me this password I hear something like '...hero with an emberting(?)
a...' !!!
Please help me, and if there's s.th. else to do before this password-login
please tell me this, too (it would be nice to give me some hints for the
next scenes as well, e.g. which key should I press to get the smart-bomb
started?)

To clarifly, I think she ment the password is the person in picture in the
bedroom whom the you ( terminal owner ) admire. Sorry don't want to give
the puzzle entirely away. You can look furter down if you really want
the password.

She says something like 'your hero hanging in berthing a'
-a berthing is something like a hospital room.
