I'm a big fan of old-school adventure gaming. Been playing adventure games
since text-only games in the days long gone, moved on to graphic adventures
from Sierra and LucasArts. Nowadays it seems these games are scarce to come
by. All I see are Myst-clones, which I despise. I want a game that is
(preferred but not a must) a 3rd person game, with good puzzles to boot. The
last games I've played were Grim Fandango and Sanitarium. Anything like
these two out there? Doesn't have to be new, but keep in mind I played
almost every 3rd person adventure game out there (not all though! so any
suggestions are welcome).
Thanks!

Tomb Raider, although at times it can have way too much action (shooting) for my tastes, but I recommend the 1st and 3rd TRs for more adventure elements, and TR4 looks like it'll be more adventure/exploration-oriented. http://tnlc.com/eep/compare.html to see how all the TRs compare with each other and some other 3D games.
