DOTT -- car thief?

I have just one question about Day of the Tentacle: What do you do to get
the crowbar from the car thief?

Been a long time. The thief is trying to get into the car. To get
the crowbar, you have to give him something better. Spoilers below:

Go into the room with the sleeping guy. Close the door. You'll find
some keys.... Sure you can figure out what to do with them :)
