Killing Moon Day 2 Question...

I have a question concerning Under A Killing Moon:

It is day 2 and I am in Eddie Ching's study, trying to open the safe.
There is a hint that I need the "Birthday Fax" to open it.
But where is that Fax??? I have searched everywhere but cannot find it...

Does anyone know where the "birthday fax" is? Please post an answer...

whrn you first enter the room.

The BIRTHDAY FAX is located on the floor, near the table legs in Ching's
study. You have to angle your view point down to see it.
