Sanitarium - how many discs?

I'm lending some games to a friend and, as I keep my games in a huge
zippered wallet (one of those canvas monstrosities that holds 200+ discs)
I'm not sure whether I'm missing a disc (I do so wish companies would mark
their CDs 'Disc X of Y' so questions like this would be unnecessary). So is
it 3 or 4?

You can rest happily. It's only three discs.

Thanks, Rikard, that's what I thought. Now what about GK3 - that was only 3
too - right?
