"Reflective Surface" in the moon bus photo?

I never found any significance of the reflective surface, but I figure it's
showing that the photo has been doctored to include McCoy in the picture,
but I could be totally wrong.

If you look at the reflection you will see that McCoy is not in it.
If he were really there when the photo was taken you would see his
back in the reflection. It's pretty subtle but there.
