Have found and cut the Ipecac Flower that I need to get out of the snake when
he swallows me, the way to get out is to combine the Pancake Syrup with the
Ipecac Flower, it's in my inventory, before the snake swallows me, but when I
want to combine it with the Pancake Syrup it's no longer in the Inventory,
where's it gone and how can I get it to stay!!

I think you may pick up many things inside the snake and your inventory now has
a button to switch to another screen of inventory items since they can't be
displayed all at once.
