I'm playing t7g and have just completed all the puzzles that
I can find. By using the map, I see that there is an unsolved
puzzle on the second floor in the hallway but I can't find it. It
seems that I have so far only been able to get into the rooms that
were available at the start of the game.
I have read in someone's post that the puzzle on the second
floor is "at the door on the right" (thats from memory so may not
be an acurate quote). I have walked through the entire building
again and still can't find it. Also I have heard of a third floor
mentioned but have not been able to get there.
Thanks for any help.

I think I know the room you are missing, let's see if I can recall the way
to get there. There is a room at the end of the second floor, not the room
with the pool table, that one is at the other end. The room should have some
dolls in it. I think it is a nursery. I am trying to remember which game
you play in it, but I can't recall. Regardless, there is a miniature door
in this room. I believe it is on a shelf toward the left. Once you go
through this door you will be presented with another puzzle. It is a puzzle
with 9 blocks, in a 3 by 3 arrangement. You have to rearrange the letters
to spell three words. I recall that this room was not easily found and is
probably the one you are looking for. Good luck!

I don't think that's what he meant. I am stuck at the same point. All
puzzles solved (according to the map) except the upper hallway which
stays lightbrown on the map and a room on the first floor outside the
building. According to solutions file which I found somewhere on the net
there are three more puzzles: something with knifes, staufs face and
skyscraper. I solved all other puzzles, looked at least thrice in all
rooms for new effects but nothing happens anymore. There are several
doors however which stay locked: one in the kitchen left after entering,
one in the upper hallway: the door which you seem to exit coming from
the library. What should I expect to happen? What could I have missed?
The last puzzle I solved was the piano-puzzle because that room was
the last one that unlocked.

I got stuck at the same point for a while, until one day when
deciding to go back up to the second level to look for the missing
puzzle, I noticed that you can look at the first floor hallway floor.
This ends up being the doorway into the room thats off to the side on
the first floor, by the kitchen.

Hope this helps.

The disconnected room on the first floor is reached from the bottom of
the stairs by clicking on the teeth on the stairs.

Try going to the library again and see if there is a skit waiting for you to watch. Then you should be able to do Mr. Dutton's coin puzzle.
