I Tried everything to give the red ball to Nejo, He says that he sure
wants the ball, but he doesn't take it. How can I solve this?
By the way, I'm in Syria.

That one had me stuck for a little bit. Assuming you know that you
need the toilet brush for the bar manager, you need to look at the
Kebob salesman. That's what stuck me, I was talking to him bit I never
RIGHT clicked on him. Things happened from there.

Just in case you are still stuck.....
Examine both the kebab seller and his stall (right click). This will
reveal the existance of a toilet brush. Talk to Nejo about the brush and
strike a deal. He will then take the brush for you.
