Hello,

I was wondering if somebody could help me out. What is the best
game out right now between Alone in the Dark III, Star Trek: The Next
Generation- A Final Unity, and Space Quest VI? I really liked Alone in
the Dark II, but I'm a *BIG* ST:TNG fan. I also liked the first four
Space Quests. I haven't played any of the three, so I would greatly
appreciate it if somebody could E-mail me with any suggestions. Thanks.

Well, if you're a Trek fan, you'll love ST:TNG AFU. It's not the greatest
adventure game in terms of puzzles, but it really puts you in the mood.
All of the voices are done by the real actors, and their personalities
and advice fit the character. I really enjoyed it, even though I was
overeager and paid $59.95 five minutes after the local Babbage's got it. :(

I haven't played SQ 6.

The reviews I've seen of AITD3 say it sucks. The reviewer said "The plot
is like something out of an episode of Scooby Doo." Plus, AITD 1 and 2
had something new going for them, but in late 1995 those stupid polygon
graphics just don't cut it anymore. YMMV.
