For all those who are interested in the save game patch for Aliens vs.
Predator - It's now available, although not for download as a file. To
get it, log into MPlayer (you don't have to actually play, just get to
the game lobby) and the auto-patch will update the game for you.

Just thought the group would like to know

That's great. Now, has anybody else
had trouble running AVP on a Pentium
III 500mhz system equipped with an
ASUS AGP-V3800 32MB video card?
Every time I try to start the game
on this system, as soon as I hit any
key it blue-screens. The game runs
okay, albeit slowly, on my older
Pentium 233 MMX system, but not on
the new speed-demon. Does anyone
know how to get it working on the
ASUS card? Fox Interactive has
ignored two emails I've sent to
their tech-support site.

That card is TNT2 based, right? Have you gone to the website to
download the latest drivers?

If not, try the ASUS site, if that doesn't work try the nvidia site to
get the reference drivers.
