Not just any game, although according to Wikipedia, there are
unsupported tools that let you simulate mouse movement etc in games
that don't directly support it.
Well ... America's Army is supported ... but Track IR seems to be mostly
for flight/driving sims. I have Track IR5 Pro for flying (just got it)
but I would love it to work for Crysis or similar. It is sooo handy.

No, only a few "tactical shooters" like ArmA and America's Army -
although someone else pointed out, there is a mouse emulation program
that can run with it.
It works well where it's supported - in ArmA you can move your head
while your body and weapon still faces forward so to fire you always
return your head back to near centre (and head movement does not
effect aim). I'm not sure how well the mouse emulation would play as
you'd be trying to hold your head steady to the side while shooting.
I have a TrackIR Pro 4 and find that it isn't much use on from an infantry
point of view but its great when driving or flying. I found myself getting
killed more often and my aim somewhat impaired when using it on foot.
