I've got to disagree with the statement about SiN's maps. sincity seems pretty
awesome for surprise attacks such as sniping, or just simply springing up on
the other person with full guns blazing when they don't exactly know where you
are. it's pretty easy to kill someone from afar using the technique described
above. I've killed many people with me standing in the open street, and the
other person presumably trying to snipe me that way. if they're just using the
sniper rifle, they've only got one shot every few seconds, and I'm moving all
over the place on the street shooting accurate shots with my assault rifle.
misses don't matter as much since I've got so many more shots.
Also, if you know enough about the map, where to jump, etc. you can cross the
city block in seconds to blow the other guy's brains out. Lightning speed
combined with a good knowledge of your weapons make this game really fun to
play.

where x is the key you want zoom to be, you can then zoom with any gun, this
is useful with the pistol (and assault gun), as you can get off two quick
headshots and kill most players that are unarmored and normal health.
The sniper rifle has a lot of uses in sincity, but almost none in sindm6.
Still, even in sincity, if you sit somewhere long enough, you will kill
someone, but then they will respawn and come hunt you down with a shottie or
an assault gun. It is a hell of a lot of fun though to unsuspectingly take
down a rocket launcher guy who is standing on a ledge pounding away at
chumps on the streets below. It is my favorite gun.
