How can I keep the perimeter and ammo storage bots from attacking me in this
mission? From the security terminal in the warehouse office, I set the bots
to "standby", but they are still seen as eneimies and they still attack (the
two behind this warehouse, near the crane). Same thing with the ammo
warehouse. If I sneak by them and put them on standby, they still attack. Or
does this terminal only control the bots inside the third chamber? I can
probably finish the mission without doing this, but I got the bots to kill
all guards and I can't get close enough to the bodies to get their goodies
without getting shot by the bots. Please help. Thanks.

If I remember this correctly I just slipped around the bots by the crane.
Usually their patrols will take them far enough away that you can search
bodies. I think that I set the ammo storage bots to attack all or something.
Whatever I did, I didn't leave them in standby.

I had the same problem. So I spent time lifting TNT crates and explosive
barrels, placing them in strategic locations, them waiting for the bots and
blowing up the explosives with the sniper rifle. Takes some time but it's
quite a good show. You can also use LAMs but there are so many explosive
barrels you really don't need to. It helps to have the strength aug (F7) at
this point, and also the invisible-to-bots/cameras/turrets aug (F4) doesn't
hurt. For that matter, if you have that last one you don't need to blow up
any bots. Just hit <F4> and grab the loot.

In the room where all the little bots are (next to the main warehouse), if
you can get to the control room in the corner there's a LAW up on top via a
ladder. Make the bots see you so they'll all congregate in one spot as you
duck behind the ledge. Then rise up with your LAW and let 'em have it. :)

The big bots (military bots) are controlled from a different security
computer.
