I didn't even know there was a "slow motion" cheat in COD4.

My initial reaction was a rather snarky, "If you don't play Call of
Duty 4 you won't have these problems" sort of response but that's
rather unkind and I'd rather encourage new readers to usenet with
helpful advice. But - as the series is viewed rather unkindly by most
hardcore PC gamers - I expect you'll receive several comments along
those lines.

So instead, I suggest you review the procedure for enabling cheats in
the game to ensure that you haven't missed a step

Enable the console from the game's in-game options.
Hit the tilde key (~) to drop the dev-console.
Type seta thereisacow "1337" and then press ENTER.
Type spdevmap bog_a and then press ENTER.
Load a level or start a new game
When playing, drop down the dev-console and enter the cheat code

(try entering noclip or god to see if it works)

The code you are interested in is
timescale #
where # is a multiplier of the default time scale (1.00).

Other than that, I have no advice. Possibly the cheats may have been
disabled in a later patch (or, if you never patched the game, might
not be enabled until a certain revision).

AHAHAHAHAHA!!

Damn i love your reply :D, no i am actually an ol' BBS dude who dabbled in
the first online times, a real grand ol' dad you might say, but my memory,
i'm sorry to say, is still stuck in the good days of the 90'ties so.... ;)..

Thanks for your kind reply and i will try to use your details and see if i
can get it to work :).

Cheers!
Michael E. from Denmark.
