In my G:\Half-Life\valve\ht I have a d3d.cfg file but no opengl.cfg file.
It seems that HL didn't create it for some reason. Also, at startup I get
an error "could not exec hg/opengl.cfg.

Can somebody please email my your opengl.cfg please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. T.I.A.

Dude I'm running it in OpenGL and looked thru every directory in the game
folder and
cannot find a opengl.cfg file anywhere.I also
only have a d3d cfg.The only thing I found
was a 3dfxopgl.dll in drivers.I even did a
find search for it and nothing came up.Sorry
Try to reinstall your cards drivers and Dx
drivers too.Thats what I would do.

I think I have the answer for you.If you read the readme file it has a fix for
opengl on a
TNT card.It says you have to CREATE a
opengl.cfg file and enter the line they mention
in it.Below is somewhat of explanation on what
to do.No opengl.cfg is created by the game,
you have to create one yourself.==========I take it that means you're running
in GL mode. The fix which has been
posted elsewhere and is also in the games .readme (hint, hint) says to
do the following: create a file named openl.cfg and enter the line
gl_polyoffset 20 (or -0.1, 1, 0.1--whichever works). I haven't had a
chance to test all the values so I can't say I've had success yet.
