Just hit the number for the rifle a second time to toggle the scope.
Don't forget - most weapons have a secondary function accessed with the Z key.
You light dynamite with Z and throw with CTRL.
(assuming you didn't remap the keys)(
Press "3" a second time to pop-up the scope.
Use "Z" to light dynamite.

Question Authority and the Authorities will question You
To actiavate the scope, press '3' to select the rifle, then pressing '3'
again toggles between rifle with scope and rifle without scope...
About the dynamite... You know about the 'alternate firimg mode'? If not,
read the manual... for Dynamite 'normal' fire is trhowing the stick,
'alternate' is lighting it.

Okay, to use the rifle scope, press the rifle button again.
It's button 3, I think. Then, you will be given a really nice
binocular view of your target. Using the keyboard to move your
pointer results in slow, minute movements. Using the mouse
results in larger, normal movements. This is to allow for better
accuracy when using the keyboard, however I usually just use the
mouse for quick rifle aiming. You will be surprised at how well
you can hit people with the scope on. Aim at someone's arm, and
you'll hit their arm!
As for the dynamite, it's button 7 I think. You light it with
the secondary fire key, which defaults to Ctrl or Z, I can't
remember. You then throw it with the normal fire key. You better
throw it pretty quickly, and if it hits something, it stops.
If you are near it when it goes, you are hit pretty bad! If you
are on top of it, you are dead! Another way to explode the
dynamite is to throw it on the ground without lighting it, and
then getting a good distance away and shooting it with your gun.
Here is where the scope on the rifle works really well, as the
rifle is VERY accurate. It may take a few shots to hit it, as
you might hit the wrong end, or something.
