Argh, Novalogic and their voxels! It took them three or four
iterations of that game before they realized, no, voxels were not the
wave of the future.
Mind you, I loved the rolling terrain in the early Comanche games that
voxels enabled. But the effect was destroyed when you were actually
standing amidst the voxels instead of hovering 50' over them.
I wonder whatever happened to to Novalogic. They just sort of... faded
away and stopped releasing new games (their website design is like an
time-machine to the early 2000s; gotta love those flashing .GIFs)
