Course, what would be really nice is the ability to create my own Pinball
tables. :-)

You can! Send us a design and some awesome looking graphics and we'd
be happy to consider making it into an Extreme Pinball table! We do
plan on making another set of 4 Extreme Pinball tables next year like
we did with Epic Pinball.

I think he is more referring to the lack of a Pinball Table Editor. That after
all, was what really made the old Pinball Construction Set / EA (remember that
one?) popular during the 8-bit prime.

An editor would be fantastic, but things have gotten
decidedly more complex than they were in the 8-bit days. So much the
better, I guess...

Yes I do remember that game. They started the company on it. But times
have changed and people demand realistic, detailed pinball experience.
You can't make a construction set for that kind of game. Bill Budge
tried to make another pinball construction set for EA - it was called
Virtual Pinball. It was on Sega Genesis. It stunk big time.

To add to that...

I should add that EA did another pinball game in 1992 called Crue
Ball: Heavy Metal Pinball. It's was for Sega Genesis and it's still a
great game.

No way man _I_ was PCS! On my appleIIe no less. It was so great
when my os instinct would kick in and I'd press control break and lose
the entire table (that I hadn't saved yet). In fact I don't think I'll ever
forget doing that..

What he probably means is that U create a Pinball-Table-Editor.
