L.S.,

Does any know (where I can find) which hexadecimal value represents a
carriage return and line feed? I would like to use this character to delimit
sockets communication in RPG/IV.

The hexadecimal value in EBCDIC for LF = 25 and for CR = 0D

You can find this among other things in the Asynchronous Communications
Guide : Appendix C

I thought the hex value for LF is 0A and carriage return is 0D.
