Rumba AND function key not allowed

we are using rumba for As/400 from Walldata to communicate with our As/400
server. At a certain moment when we type a certain key that is not
allowed, at this time, we get an message saying that " Function key not
allowed" then the as/400 session freeze completly?

I don't want to be insulting here, but I will ask the obvious. Have you tried
the CTRL key, this maps to the reset key. This could be the solution if you
are also getting a 4 digit code in the bottom left corner of the screen.
