Has anyone attempted to supress messages from qsysopr to another
message queue or is there a way to eliminate them by msgid??

Have you tried using reply list entries? WRKRPYLE
This does not surpress or reroute messages but you can use these to
auto answer specific messages on qsysopr using a combination of
message ID and data from the message.
If you want to remove the messages or do something more interesting
when one occurs, then check out the watch function, look at wrkwch.
You can run a program when ever a message occurs and that program can
do watch ever you like, copy messages, delete messages, etc.
